Musa Umaru (Great Moses) is a music producer, certified United Nation SDSN Advocate, pioneer and manager of empower project, founder & CEO of Great Moses Music Academy.
For over years, Musa has been working as a social entrepreneur by using music and creative innovation to address global challenges and climate change crisis face by humanity. Musa is a graduate of Public Administration. He has Diploma in Music with wealth of experience in project management and social entrepreneurship.
As a creative and social entrepreneur, Musa has strong management philosophy which is built on Integrity, Accountability, Transparency, Honesty, Professionalism, Teamwork, Dedication, Commitment, Innovation, Creativity, Passion and Motivation which are the building bricks of his amazing productivity and career success.
ABOUT EMPOWER PROJECT
Empower is design to promote the socio-economic status of marginalize and vulnerable women and youth, by empowering them with income generating vocational skills like music production, film production, sound engineering, cultural and creative dance, photography, fashion, web and graphic design that empower them with creative skills to excel in life and either start a business or get a job and become self-reliance.
EMPOWER PROJECT
Empower uses the power of creative arts to promote vocational education, capacity building, gender equality, community development, youth empowerment and job creation as a mechanism for social transformation among the younger generation. Our simple, sustainable and comparative low cost learning resources have have brought the magic of creative arts to over 3,000 youth across Nigeria.
EMPOWER PROJECT
The project is an holistic approach to poverty reduction by addressing the socio-economic barriers that keep the young men and women from accessing entrepreneurship and vocational skills to improve their income and living standard, thereby empowering and position them with entrepreneurship skills to led the fight against climate change crisis using creative and innovative approach.
